This policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, returns, and replacements for orders placed with Jyotsu Enterprise. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Nature of Products
All products offered by Jyotsu Enterprise are customized and made-to-order based on customer-provided designs, text, or specifications.
Accordingly, such products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases explicitly covered under this policy.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
We initiate order processing promptly to ensure timely delivery.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
- If production/customization has NOT started: Cancellation may be accepted at our discretion
- If production/customization HAS started or 12 hours have passed: Cancellation will not be permitted under any circumstances
Jyotsu Enterprise reserves the sole right to determine whether production has commenced.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- The order is successfully cancelled within the allowed timeframe, and
- Customization or production has not yet begun
In such cases:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 5–8 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines
Once the customization process has started, no refunds will be issued, irrespective of the circumstances.
4. No Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- Returns are not accepted for any reason including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Design preference dissatisfaction
- Minor variations in color, finish, or layout
Customers are advised to carefully review all customization details before confirming their order.
5. Replacement Policy (Limited Cases)
Replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The customer has received:
- An incorrect product, or
- A product with a manufacturing defect
To request a replacement:
- The issue must be reported at the time of receiving the delivery as per our shipping policy
- Supporting evidence (images/videos) must be provided for verification
Upon review:
- Jyotsu Enterprise reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject the replacement request
- If approved, a replacement will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
No refunds will be issued in such cases unless explicitly decided by Jyotsu Enterprise.

7. Limitation of Liability
Jyotsu Enterprise shall not be held liable for:
- Errors in customer-provided content, including spelling, design, layout, or formatting
- Dissatisfaction arising from subjective preferences
- Inability to cancel orders once production has commenced
- Minor variations in colour, material finish, or final output due to production processes
Design Approval Clause:
In cases where a design, mockup, or artwork is shared for approval, once the customer approves the final design, Jyotsu Enterprise shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies in the approved content. The responsibility for verifying all details rests solely with the customer prior to approval.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
